7 Days Scenic Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Samburu &Treetops

In the morning our safari driver will pick you at your hotel in Nairobi, then drive you to Masai Mara. You then will drive via the Great rift valley ascending through the western rim of the canyon crossing Loita plains. As you approach the reserve, look out for the various game along the road. Have lunch at the lodge and later proceed for an evening game drive to see the big five. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

You will have both the morning and evening game drive. During the game drives you will spot various wild game that inhabits the reserve such as wildebeest, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras among others. You will also go to the hippo point to see hippos and crocodiles then visit the Maasai village to learn more about their culture. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Have an early morning game drive in search of the animals that you missed seeing the previous day. Then return to the lodge for breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge after that drive to the lakeside to see millions of pink flamingo feeding on the algae. Afterward, you will drive to the rhino sanctuary to see both the white and black rhinos and other wildlife in the park. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

You will have an early morning game drive on the rocky escarpments of Lake Nakuru in search of the wild game. After that return to the lodge for breakfast, check out and drive to Samburu national reserve. Samburu is a semi-desert park with a variety of wild game including Samburu’s unique five. Have lunch at the lodge and later go for an evening game drive to see elephants, lions and wild dogs. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will head out for the morning game drive, then return to the lodge for lunch. After that go for an evening game drive then visit the Samburu villages to learn about the Samburu culture and lifestyle. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Have a morning game drive in Samburu to see some of the animals you could have missed the previous day. Then drive to Treetops in Aberdare national park; with lunch en route. You will go for an evening game drive to see the four of the big five including the black rhinos, leopard, elephant, and buffalo. If lucky, you will see the bongo antelope and giant forest hog. Afterward, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will drive to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant. Thereafter transfer to Jomo Kenyatta airport to catch your flight back home.
