17 Days Uganda Special Adventure

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, meet our safari guide; who will then transfer you to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Central Inn Entebbe (B.B).

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park
Early in the morning transfer southwestwards to Bwindi forest. You will stop at the equator to take some photos, proceed to Mbarara town the home of the long-horned Ankole cattle for lunch. Drive through the rolling hills of the beautiful countryside, until you eventually reach Bwindi Impenetrable forest where you will spend the night at Gorilla valley lodge. (B.L.D)

Gorilla Habituation Experience
Today you will go for the gorilla habituation experience where you will Spend 4 hours with the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. Observe the Gorillas up close as they go about their daily activities, their behaviors, and naming.  You will be able to take as many pictures and videos as possible, unlike the normal 1-hour trekking. After that, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla valley lodge (B.L.D) 

After breakfast, you will then transfer to Mgahinga. You will have an option of either visiting the local market or relaxing at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Lodge.  (B.L.D)

After breakfast transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, at the briefing area. The hike starts at 7.30am. You will need a packed lunch and enough drinking water. In the evening you will descend from the summit and drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Arcadia Lodge.  (B.L.D)

After breakfast, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth. Check into your lodge for lunch and later go for an evening game drive if time allows, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Bush lodge  (B.L.D)

Today you will set out of the lodge after breakfast for yet another amazing experience in Queen as you track the lions. This activity gives you an opportunity to drive off the beaten track in search of these predators in their hideouts. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Bush lodge (B.L.D)

After an early breakfast, you will then go for a morning game drive expect to see a variety of animals as they arise. Later return to the lodge relax and have lunch. Thereafter in the afternoon, you will have a rewarding boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. While at Kazinga channel you will see hippos, buffaloes, elephants and also a variety of bird species. Dinner and overnight at Bush lodge (B.L.D)

After breakfast, you will drive to Kibale National Park; which is one of Uganda’s most beautiful tropical rainforest and home to a variety of primate species like chimpanzees. Check in your lodge, have lunch then proceed for the Bigodi swamp walk expect to see some primates such as black and white colobus, red-tailed monkeys and blue monkeys. The swamp is also a birder’s haven. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Kibale forest camp. (B.L.D)

Have breakfast then transfer to the park headquarter for a briefing about the do’s and don’t s while with the chimpanzees. Then rally behind the ranger as you walk deep into the forest. You will spend about 6 hours observing and following the chimps as they go about with their daily activities. Thereafter return to the lodge and relax the entire evening. Dinner and overnight at  Chimpanzee forest guest house (B.L.D)

After breakfast, you drive to Murchison falls, You will drive via the rolling escarpment of the rift valley. Arrive at the park in the afternoon; check into your lodge for lunch and then enjoy a game drive to see wildlife in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Twiga tales lodge (B.L.D)

Early morning you will transfer to the River Nile banks at the start point of this Balloon safari. The pilot will brief you about the adventure and thereafter board and start the hot air balloon safari with bush breakfast. Expect to see giraffes, Hyenas, Uganda Kobs, Lions, Oribis, elephants, and hartebeests.  Later in the afternoon, you will enjoy a 2 hours thrilling boat cruise upstream to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. The cruise offers a closer view of the mighty waterfall on the River Nile. Dinner and overnight at Twiga tales lodge (B.L.D)

This morning our driver will drive you to Ziwa rhino sanctuary in Nakasongola for Rhino tracking. After tracking the rhinos, you will drive to Kampala with lunch en-route. Check into your lodge for overnight at Mestil hotel and Residence (B.B)

After breakfast, you will drive to Eastern Uganda to Jinja pass by Mabira for a zip lining adventure. After the adventure, proceed to Jinja and visit the source of the Nile. Later drive to Mbale –the home of the beautiful Sipi falls. Check into your lodge for dinner and overnight at  Crow’s nest rest camp.

After breakfast, you will go for an adrenaline experience along the Sipi Falls. You will abseil from the top of the 100meters high Sipi falls for a once in a lifetime adventure. Later you will visit the Arabic coffee farms of Sipi falls; you will meet and interact with the local farmers during this tour. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Crow’s nest rest camp. (B.L.D)

Finally, after breakfast, check out of your lodge and drive back to Kampala with lunch en route. Go on a shopping spree at the craft market on Buganda road. Then drive to Entebbe for your overnight stay at Central Inn Entebbe

After breakfast, the driver will pick you from your lodge and drive you to the airport in time to catch your flight back home.
